Coop - Can no longer create local map

Hi since upgrading from 1.3.1 I can no longer create local map and play against bots. I cannot also load the training airfield under the deployment (local server). My init file is blank and wonder this is the issue. Every time I start coop, and create local the game crashes. It is fine to load internet on coop. Can anyone help ?

Having the exact same problem, setting the game into windowed mode gives me this error message

uninstall your PR
uninstall PunkBuster
Install PR again
update to latest patch
try again

worked for me, I was having the same error, now it works!
