Eryx kit glitched when killed while firing

Maybe known bug?

SL took my Eryx HAT and got killed while firing it. When I picked the kit back up, I couldn't switch weapons away from the launcher, and when SL picked it up again he had the same problem and said it was stuck in "seek" mode. That's all we found out before we died.

Looks like an animation bug when you don't have any ammo left. This happens on the rpg sometimes too. Supposed to be you aren't able to select the eryx anymore once it's empty.
