launching game issue !

one of my friend told me that he can't play due to this error



he told me that reinstalling didn't fix it !

any one can help please !

Sometimes a file gets corrupted during the download process.

If your game works properly, you could theoretically give your friend a copy of the file you have and have him download it and place it in the correct folder.

I've seen some people fix a certain file issue using this method. They usually host the file on DropBox if the file is too big to be emailed.
