Error 1212 Help!

Hey guys i reinstalled the game and keep getting error 1212, the dedicated thread doesn't help out that much since i can't find the necessary version for manual download, i'm open to any suggestions.
Current version 1.3.5

Im getting the same error when updating to 1.3.8

Edit: just to clear up, apparently Im already updated to 1.3.8, but it still asks me to update to 1.3.8 and I cant join any servers, this gets weirder and weirder..

Same to me. Error 1212, file is corupt. Also cant join server, restriction.

it might have been an internet connection problem. PR downloader seems to screw up when facing slow internet. I tried at my friends house where the connection is better and it updated no problem
