[Win 7:Error 1221] Getting "1221 - Unable to obtain an update list." while patching

Hey all,

I'm attempting to update my version of PR and after clicking 'Update' I get the message:
"1221 - Unable to obtain an update list."

I have not yet tried to reinstall PR because I have forgotten the password to my saved account....

Any thoughts on how I might get it to work again?
