PR Mumble, Cannot hear others, They can hear me. I dont get cues from them.

Just as the title says. I cannot hear ANYONE on local, squad, or any kind of mumble NOR does the little audio cue come up. They can however hear me. I do not know what to do in any shape or form.

What I have done:

-reinstalled PR
-Deleted all the configs/settings files from mumble
-Reinstalled the mumble
-Restarted PC
-CHanged audio outputs
-Checked audio outputs
-Tried that stupid "is it set to 0%" stuff
-Messed with every setting

And yet STILL nothing works.

I need help from a dev. No idea what to do from here. I feel like it *could* be my headset (razer tiamat 7.1) but that doesnt really explain anything because I can have many applications open and still hear all of them.

Are you using teamspeak? I found a half-fix which was making teamspeak non-admin and making prmumble admin ran, allowed me to see cues, but after a restart it was the same. :/

looks almost the same for me. i see no "talking icon", but noone can hear me and i can't hear anyone.

why does it say i got 6GB RAM? i got 4GB and WinXP allows 2,93GB.
also i got an intel Celeron E3400 and no Xeon.
everything went smooth a few weeks ago.

I still have this issue after trying some stuff like reboot and reinstall..

After some research I figured out it's not the player's we can't hear, it's mumble.
I went to the audio wizard:
The wizard can hear me, but I can't hear what sounds it's making.
