1.3.9.0 Bugged Spawnpoints

The team can spawn on the fob or rallypoint but single members of it cant. The dot to click on is missing. Only fixed by reconnecting to the Server.

well it once happened at saarema map .. not me but one of our squad member not able to spawn at rally point while other to member is spawned at that rally point (white spawn point is not visable to him).... after SqLeader make another rally point he was able to spawn ..

Description:
The team can spawn on the fob or rallypoint but single members of it cant. The dot to click on is missing. Only fixed by reconnecting to the Server.
Had this issue on Ramiel as US where i couldnt spawn anywhere but mainbase while my Squadmates spawned on the FOB, they put up a Rally that wasnt spawnable either.
On Saarema i couldnt spawn on 1 FOB that was spawnable for everyone else in the squad.
On Wanda the fobs werent spawnable for a guy in my squad, while up for everyone else.

Steps to Reproduce:
Join Online Server, join a Squad, press Enter, on the map u can see the FOB-triangles and friendlys spawning next to it but its not selectable for u, ask squadmates and its selectable for them.
Rarley occurs, no clear pattern.
