Repair Station issues

Two issues I've noticed on COOP,

Firstly the repair stations don't actually appear about half the time, I hear the tail lift noise, the number goes from 1 to 0 but there isn't any repair deployed. Then you must wait for it to recharge and become available again.

Secondly they seem to last much less time than before, this change I may have missed in a changelog, but seems to serve no gameplay or realism purpose.

I haven't tested if this occurs on deployment.

For both issues, they affect MP too.
It has been known and is fixed for the next version.
