I'm kinda new player here, and I wanted to know, how to create those cool signatures, or who is creating those signatures... what do I need to do, to get one ?

You can make a signature by uploading a photo that meets the requirements, or you can just have a quote, like me.

If your'e a R-DEV, R-MOD, or a R-CON, they get special signatures with the Project Reality dogtags
If your'e in a clan, usually they have someone make one for you
