Currently using some HP 2000 Notebook, I tried playing it and I only got about 10-15 frames with a 5 person server... Lowest res/settings. So I decided to build a PC.
I'll be ordering these parts next week. But can it run everything at the lowest settings and get about 60 frames?
CPU: AMD A10-5800k, IGPU Radeon 7660D (Turbo 4.10 ghz) - Forgot to mention 3.8 Ghz Quad Core
GPU: XFX Radeon R7 250 2GB Core Edition Video Card
RAM: G.Skill Ripjaws X Series 8GB (2 x 4GB) DDR3-1866 Memory
Storage: 1TB Western Digital
Internet Speed

I'd like to turn down all the graphics, but put the view distance on full. I play on playing on a very low resolution, so can I run it fine? This isn't a troll question or anything, but curious if I need to upgrade something. (My budget is low, so I can't really add anything or get any extra or even change out anything.)
Thank you.
Can I run it at the lowest settings 60 fps?

You probably will be able to run it on all high or all high textures medium at around 60 fps with those specs mate. This mod is made on a very old engine which depends on CPU and RAM mostly.

Just go with an FX6300 and a 970 board instead of the A10.

Re: Can I run it at the lowest settings 60 fps?
I had to make a new account because my old one wasn't activated and I lost the email, so I'll have to email the admins about that soon. I've been playing for a couple months now, just so you don't think I'm a complete newb.
That said, I wanted to get this out soon, because I'm really confused here.
I am currently using an HP 2000 Notebook as well, and get roughly 40-60FPS on a full, 100 player server. This isn't even the lowest settings, but instead the default.
Are you sure you were playing on the lowest settings, or that you're not playing in a game that had an extremely high ping? I find it kinda hard to believe that the same computer I'm using to play the game smoothly would be that much of a difference for another player, and I don't want somebody wasting their money on parts they don't need.
I'm going to assume I'm a bit late, but yeah. If you have a laptop roughly the quality of this, make sure there aren't any other issues going on in the background, before dropping your money on a new computer just for one game.

Might be cheaper to put in a new HDD throw Windows XP SP3 (make it a games-only machine) & Microsoft SteadyState on it
So you'll get the 40 fps like the poster above? I think ..
EDIT: woops I just checked out the HP 2000 and it may be a newer computer (XP may not work?)
The name threw me off
Or get a $40 machine from Goodwill, jazz it up a tad, which is what I would do (I have a Goodwill ComputerWorks store near me in P.burgh)
