Text is off centered in windowed mode

When running PR in windowed mode (borderless or otherwise) the text is usually floating below the box it's supposed to be in.

Anyone know if this can be fixed without a patch?

For me the text is only off centered when the windowed resolution exceeds the available space on the desktop or when I maximize/stretch a smaller PR window. (I can't play with borderless because ground textures are invisible if I use it.)

I play with a resolution of 1916x1050 with a custom position of -6 horizontally and -30 vertically on a 1080p display with taskbar size set to "small". With these settings the title bar of PR is moved off screen and the only things visible besides the taskbar are the left and right borders of the PR window.

Try making your resolution smaller.
