WIN 10 Won't launch

Today I installed the PR to WIN 10 , I installed everything also updated , run the launcher I'll play logging in, closes the launcher shows a black screen that flashes 2x black and then it just throws Cleaning up resources . And so I tried to run it directly from your room and nothing . Please help me to stand unplayed : D

ok i reinstal game 5 times and it worked somehow

Have to restarted you PC since installing PR?
Are you running PR as an administrator?
Any background programs, like spotify, the internet, or third party security running when you start PR?
Can you grab your system specs from the support tab in the PR launcher and post them?
