Connection Lost, especially bad on HOG

Hello folks:

For a few days now, I've essentially been unable to stay connected to HOG for more than a few seconds, which was one of my favorite servers. I get disconnected due to "Connection Lost" error. I do a lot better on FCV server.

I've got an ARRIS modem.

Is this a known issue? Is a fix in the works?
Change the Rally System back to how it was in 0.8!
