After i installed the game i cant click on taskbar?

I installed project reality and it was fun and hard but when i was done i couldnt click on my taskbar! i tried restarting but i still couldnt click anything on my taskbar.

I don't think this has anything to do with PR, but rather a Windows 10 issue. I found this and this, that might be of some help.
