Newbie here

Post by DUD3K »

Hello there humble PR Community!
(Also sorry if i've chose a wrong section to post this thread)

Today i just chose to download and try this mod, but apparently i have totally no idea how to adapt to the game and learn the game without ruining every one's fun by being a noob.

I am not total green when it comes to shooters overall. I've played shooters ranging from Counter Strike to Arma 2 (unfortunetly no BF, except this free to play one which died some time ago)

So basically i am looking for guidance/help with introducing the newbie to the game. Teach the mechanics, how to achieve goals and most importantly how to be usefull for team.
I would like to talk using Teamspeak (or if thats a real problem i can use Mumble or Skype), with mature, propably 18+, and bonus points if You're gonna speak the hardest language in the world which is from the country i come from.

Please PM me for contact ;) i'll be online at 19.00 CEST (UTC +1)

Welcome to PR. I'm sure there are polish people playing PR.
Try PRTA I'm fairly certain they have some polish members. (Grober).

See you in The field!

1. Read the manual
2. Use Mumble

Imo that is everything a new player has to know.

Yeah, the manual is really full with information. Most important for a new Player are the pages about the different Kits and the Spawn-Systen.
without ruining every one's fun by being a noob.
Did you get flammed? I have read about one or two persons here on the forums who made bad experiences, but as i was new everyone was really friendly.

No one is expecting that a new player single-handedly wipe out the entire enemy team. Just join an "INF"-Squad, say that you are new, grab a Rifleman-Kit and follow the orders of your Squadleader.

This.

And play Co-op first to test everything you read in the manual first.
