PRL.log damaged

hey guys,
i installed pr yesterday and whenever i try to launch the game it says that a critical error has been accured
its directs me to the PRLlauncher.log file but i cant open the file its damaged
what should i do ?

does this happen when you open launcher or hit play?

if you can open launcher, go to support and copy and paste the specs here
