Weird, I was able to run Project Reality with my onboard graphics... (Radeon HD 3000)

But when I got my temporary ASUS Low Profile R7 240 2GB, I get crazy like stuttering...

43.56 mbps Internet speeds
CPU: Fx 6300 - six core processor 3.5 ghz
GPU: ASUS Low Profile R7 240 2GB
RAM: Hyper-x 1866 Mhz 2x4 gb (Total of 8 gb)

It's not like a constant lag, but more like an instant stutter, then goes back up in FPS. My ping is fine too, it's around 30-60.

Check your GPU temperature (use Speccy) while playing. It could be overheating that causes stuttering.

Make sure you aren't using integrated graphics if you have them as well as check your power mode and make sure it's high performance.

Clear shaders from PR launcher, run disk defragmentation. I had to optimize my SSD when I had that kind of issue.
