Critcal Eror; screenshot & log in thread

I've just installed PR, I try to run the launcher and it gives me this - PR Error - Pastebin.com

If someone could help me with this, that'd be great.. If I manage to fix it tonight I will close this thread, thank you.

As you guys are going to ask.

I disabled Antivirus, played with my firewall and I ofcourse ran it as admin, I've changed the compablity around and all that.
