Launch error 1322

I've tried everything to fix this, but whenever I try to login and start the game I get the launch error 1322 that reads: "Error verifying profile settings. Please confirm the profile files are not Read-Only and try again. If the problem continues, try resetting all profiles to default in the Options menu." I've tried making a new profile and resetting my current profile to no prevail. I also even tried deleting everything and re-installed, but that did not work either. It is really sad because I love playing this game and now that privilege is taken away from me. Any help or tips would be appreciated.

After the amount of threads about this issue I'm just going to assume you've got McAfee. Try disabling (or the real time scanning at least) it and see if that works.
