PR Bots keep dying

i have a 22 v 22 game setup, and only three bots spawn for some reason. (one on my team two on the other). as i look around other bots are spawning and dropping dead. i keep playing thinking its in my head but then i notice the scoreboard shows all the other bots have 10 deaths and no kills. its ruining my game...... any help?? thnx!




EDIT: a fresh install did it. what lack of support on here.. a post after mine got 54 replies... typical mod community.
