Can't create new account - Error 11001.

I just installed game and trying create account but i received message "1001: Error connecting to server. (11001)" any solutions ?

Make sure the launcher can access our servers. Turn off any firewall or anti virus that might be blocking it.

It was fault Windows firewall . Thanks for quick answer.
