not new to the forums but a new account to go a long with my new in-game name. wanted to have a custom avatar but no option (upload from computer) to get one other than the generic options?
was it that you have to have so many posts or something? I see custom avatars on others?
not a real big deal, just thought someone may know. also, if this is the wrong forum please move the thread.

Open user CP, select edit avatar from drop down menu and you can upload an image at the bottom of the page.
