Even the 128 player events were alot of fun. I remember the 200 player Ia Drang event was a blast, but really chaotic. 12 player squads may be too much for teamwork, but once in awhile for an event is fine by me!

If you can do teamwork with 8 guys you can with 12. If you cant with 12 you cant with 8.

What I found works well usually is having yourself as the main squad leader, then appointing someone you can trust as your second in command or second fire team leader.

Used to do that a bit when I did multiple Squads working together. Myself and a friend led 2 squads and communicated eachother plans, while our 2nd in commands did most of the actual squad management. Worked out pretty well.

I would love a 128/192/256 palyer server weekend even if it did crash on occasion.

I remember playing vBF2 with AIX and 255 bots, lagged like hell.

What are the main reasons for not having a remembrance day or server limit increase? Sorry if this has been elaborated on before. Its not like the servers dont crash on occasion anyway. Even on bog standard maps like Mutrah.

Dunno if it is possible anymore with all the effects and new stuff the developers has put in :)

You are probably right Wing walker. I think I just want to remind myself of the experience, clusterfuck or not. Fuck it, it was a leap year! We could have had a 29th special :)

too bad you can't make a 64p server... or play on lower populated server...
