PRSpy not working in Wordpress

i am in Server and Prspy not saying nothing! still saying no members playing!!
Any idea ? whats the problem `?

I've never messed with that widget but by the looks of those configuration options, "PRSPY data url" should be pointing to the source of information and that is "https://www.realitymod.com/prspy/json/serverdata.json" unless, of course, that "precgaming.com/pr/..." also generates the json file that the widget requires.

I tryed a lot of staff but still not working!
Its very intresting.
Manual adding in header.php than its working but like we know if we change some wordpress code and uptade coming it will crash your website.
