Watch out for HOG server

An admin named Jevski is "trap" banning players on the hog server recently.

I don't think its right to run a server this way, it is wrong and against the Rdev Policy.

Example : A player gets Perma Banned for spamming music in mumble. Maybe a few days later Jevski will remove the Ban and wait for that certain player to show up.

They join the server thinking the ban cleared, But the admin jevski removed the ban to trap this player in a ban Evasion situation. This is to perma ban for a better reason than mic spam, thus trapping the player in ban evasion and banning them for a reason that would help jevskis reputation.

I believe this is due to Jevski having too many bans for mic spam so now he is attempting to change those to better his admin reputation. He is known as an ******* admin (google his name) and now he's trying to reverse this and it is just wrong.

What is worse when the player appeals on the website jev ski lies and says the ban list glitched and you were unbanned wrongly. (For proof check Hog forums ban section.)

This is how jev ski is trapping and banning people on the hog server lately, I think an R-Dev should step in and remove jevskis admin rights or shut the server down.

im not an admin or a member on HOG server

in fact i don't like them and their admin Management, i just play on that server cause most of my Friend meet up there and we play together.....

but do you have any proof or evidence on this ?

i never seen Jevski do such a thing before !? why would he do that in the first place ?

like i said, you need hard evidence...

Sorry to be this direct, but your an idiot. Its clear you dont have part in any management of a pr server, otherwise you would know this is a known bug.

I'd like to add, though I'm not an admin at HOG. Tat it is my understanding that they are having ballistic issues. So they aren't unbanning to reban, the bandits randomly removes bands. All servers have this, but many servers have ways of dealing we this.

Not only that, the !b command doesn't actually perma ban people, it's bugged.

Jevski is banning/kicking only for breaking the rules, he don't care why you broke rules and who you are, he is just gonna ban you. It's a good thing but it's also bad. I remember two situations that made me angry.

Once I got banned for using APCs when there weren't enough ppl to use them. Ok it was 14vs14 but before he said that APCs are good to go because there was more than 34 players, 6 left and I got warned one time and before I turned around ban screen showed.

Second time my clan mate got banned because he took APC from carrier and went to pick up his gunner from the beach on muttra and he didn't get warned just banned instantly.

In my opinion he is just too strict. But it's just my opinion.

Edit: this ban with first APC took place when he had admin on NwA so it was long time ago

How about, dont play on HOG and you will have less bad time on PR? That easy. There are other servers. And if there is serious issues with certain server, contact Spec, but with SOLID EVIDENCE, not "this guy told me this and that and I think its true". Need screenshots, recordings etc etc.

If you want to provide feedback on a server use the designated thread for it in the Server Feedback Forum section. If you want to really solve the issue I suggest to head to the HOG website itself and contact their management. And as Cossack says, if you don't like a place, don't visit it again. And if you believe a server is breaching the server license agreement contact the DEV team. But nothing I've read here is against it. Somebody who pays for a server has the right to do with it as they want.
