[DEV's] Some suggestions/things.

Post by FlOwMaKeRs »

I think it's time to make some changes, the game has many things to do inside, teamwork, role-play, etc ..

With all those things, it's hard to get bored, I know.

But sometimes it gets a little boring to play again and again with the same faction, I mean some servers like to repeat the same map and faction, it is a pity that only admins or vote have control of that, but people dont wants to vary.

I think some things should be in the process, such as:

1- More factions.

2- Another game mode. (They should have more modes in the game)

3- MEC and Russia (scope/aim) needs to be changed, for the love of God. :? :

4- Falling down on the floor and get hurt by any nonsense, it's way too irritating. :!:

5- I'm not against with any nation, but I feel that sometimes US has way too power in the game (Russia or other factions looks weak in this game), I also noticed that some factions "They lack vehicles, weapons, etc. '' I will not say who they are, here everyone knows that some factions so many things missing and incomplete.. Wheres the suicide bomber?, Missile Launcher Truck? UAV Object(Make it visible)? Submarines? etc....

6- Optimization, not just me, there are people with "PC GAMER '' and get low fps.

7- More servers. Here many people donate to the game, you can not create more servers? besides being few, they are sometimes full and it is difficult to enter.

I have more to say but dont want this to become a daily Listin.

One last question, why not put the game on GreenLight (Steam)? It would be a good step forward.

I wish we would play the existing game modes more, you know, like CNC and Vehicle Warfare. I also can't wait until we get that Polish faction, and the Falklands once again. A lot of the diversity you're missing is because servers play the same maps very often, because often times players like one mode and one specific, similar set of maps.

That said, most of the factions are very equally balanced, the main difference being their infantry weapons, and sometimes weapons on vehicles. With that in mind, both China and Russia have better MBTs than the United States in PR, as you can destroy an Abrams with 1 hit from an ATGM, but the Abrams has no ATGM of its own. Much of the difference between countries is more 'flavor' than balance, at least in my experience, as well.

Flowmaker hello,

1. There are about 10 factions with some more still being worked on, if they'll ever be finished no one knows. Plus soon to be re released WW2 and Falklands with 80's British and Argentinian forces

2. Most of the community favours the same although there are a few game modes.

3. Yes AK scope does fill the screen - design a new one people will be happy to point you in the right direction and assist in anyway possible.

4. Yes its annoying but you'll get used to it and be careful not game breaking for me.

5. I honestly believe most conventional army factions are pretty well balanced, with insurgents it's a different ball game.

6. PR Is very heavy on CPU's I assume its all the old BF2 statics stuck on and in one another trying to make stuff look new what is your system?

7. Servers are not lacking people do not want to seed servers and many can not abode skirmish - Bring back Matrox's fun maps for seeder maps! Donations pay for forums, game files storage, licenses and master server, Servers are privately funded by communities.

Can't put PR on Steam as its using BF2 so its still a mod EA might not like that and anyway steam would not accept it.

Well i think PR is great especially as a free standalone!

Welcome.
