Why do people not accept younger players?

Following up on this thread after thinking.

While I do deal with young people all day, I would like to just connect with my friends on PR the most versus taking in younger players. I don't really have a problem with them and I will use Currahee as a prime example. Currahee was energetic but also wanted to learn. He was generally respectful and adapted very fast. I'll join his squad or let him join my squad any day.

My only issue with younger players is that sometimes they go on power trips. Had to put up with some younger players today. Today's younger player was like the annoying cheerleader that was always cheering instead of actually playing. Or like the young adult that has a driving permit telling the adult licensed driver how to drive from the passenger seat.

I'm fine with younger players , I was one once too. (Premised they're not acting like a pre-schooler).

My issue is with back-seat squadleaders..

And often they tend to be kids with a "great tacticool understanding" making them really annoying.

- (squeeky voice) "Why don't we flank, use a rope and surprise them"
- (me) "Because they will hear the rope and shoot us off it"
- (squeeker) "I'm specialist, so I can rope alone and kill them all, bye, I'm off on a solo misson"

10 secs later... "medic, medic, mediiiiiic, I'm down mediiiiiiiic, help me guys, I'm only 2 grids away!"

I remember playing at the age of 17 with a player who couldn't have been older than 12 at the time. Within a year, he'd become one of the finest PR players (in tactical mind, experience and dexterity) to the point where he was able to teach me a few tricks here and there.

Maturity and age are not mutually exclusive, and if the individual shows a willing patience to learn, well, you know what they say:
Get them while they're young, and the possibilities are endless.

No one can exactly give the right reason for this question as if why younger players are made to sit on bench

Younger players are anoying... they are just yelling "medic" and not doing their job

I personally can't stand young people and kick anyone under 30 from my squads. PR is serious business, and I don't think people with still-developing brains can handle it.

i will never forget first time i played PR it was on basrah 24/7 battle arena, i joined i dont know what to do, the first squad i was kick, probably because i dont know what to do, the second squad i joined some american player with mtaure voice, was very patient about me i was with basic english and he dosen times explained everything to me without to piss off, every time some new player joined i remember my first time and how polite that guy was with and i have do the same. THE Guy who learn me what to do without get piss of if you read this, YOU ARE MY HERO you are my teacher, and i will follow your steps to the end of my life
guys be calm when new players join they are like piligrims stepped for first time on new continent, its need time to settle.
