Lack of IDF ALT Spotter kit

When I request the IDF's ALT spotter kit nothing appears, while the message that normally plays when you get a kit appears. I have only tested this on the ALT layer of Gaza Beach in Co-op, so I don't know if it is just the one version of the faction with the issue.
