PR is not responding and can't run

how do i fix it?when my pr installation finalizing it just freeze then if i wait half hour it continous but the punkbuster is not being updated plus i have a problem plss help me IF I AM UPDATING SERVERS LIST I DONT SEE ANYTHING PLSS HELP IS PUNKBUSTER AFFECT THE UPDATING SERVERS?I NEED TO SOLVE THIS PROBLEM BECAUSE I CANT PLAY ((
