RPG deviation

I was just wondering why is the RPG 7 the only LAT kit in the game that doesn't give you full deviation while standing? All other LATs will have full accuracy when standing but the RPG forces you to crouch which means you cannot do duck and cover tactics with full accuracy, and that is really annoying sometimes.

I haven't experienced noticable accuracy changes while standing. The deviation meter may just give a placebo effect.
