Lovely gun, lovely model too. Well done, I'd love to see this in the game. I really like it when things are up to date :)

Okay, I reorganized my UV sheet entirely and this is the result:

I saved quite a bit of space so with the DEV's approval I will send it to the texture artist now.

Eotech's are great but unfortunately they are not in use in the regular Dutch Army, only or Special Forces use them on MP5 and maybe on other weapons like the P90.

When the rifle receives a nice texture, we get it exported, find suiting animations and sounds then yes it will get in ASAP! :) Dutch Forces need this!

Dutch forces also need a good medium/heavy APC but I haven't seen anything new on the CV90 in a while.

That one is, well, not really what it should be I would say.


This is an YPR-765 PRCO (Pantser Rups Commando):

Also, we need the 25 mm variant called YPR-765 PRI (Pantser Rups Infanterie).

As you can see this vehicle has upgraded armor (ERA). Our YPR's received extra armor during the ISAF mission in afghanistan. The model I am creating at the moment will have the upgraded armor and not the basic armor as seen in the first pic. I could make the first variant as well but it would really not be worth the extra effort in my opinion. If we would have ended up in a war with Rusia or whatever before our YPR's were replaced we would have used the extra armor as well.

Also, the ERA was also used with .50 cal

If it is still the M113 as base, you can just make a body kit for it like we did for T72B. That way we avoid annoying tracked vehicle exporting.

Only the engineers and the military police still run around with these things and the engineers are fasing them out. ;)

Its usefull for the afghanistan based maps, as we never deployed cv9035 to that region cause it was to new back then.

The model, like Glimmerman said, is being made for Afghanistan maps. Though it could be used as a placeholder for the CV90 if it would get in game before the CV90 does.
