help : 2 PR files in one PC

hello averyone
i just made another copy of PR in my pc
1st one is in (C: ) which i play with it online
the 2nd one in in (D: ) which i made for only single player because i wanted to change some weapons
my question: is this 2 copy of the same game will effect my computer or other things or not

I wouldn't have thought so but you'll have to separate the folders for profiles, the one that normally goes in documents.
