Yeah after 3 years playing PR, I have heard the term "Ghosting" but had no idea it meant that Mumble could get so fucked up. Everyone in the game deserves to be banned then as we all thought it was a unique glitch. Everyone I have talked to since has been surprised by it, yet you guys seem to know all about it and are happy to throw your ban hammers around?

I humble suggest you update your jargon and slang page with this, or maybe put it in your FAQ's So that new players are not turned away from this community or perceive you as twats

I'm 99% certain it's not a glitch, but rather that dude intentionally messing with mumble. Even if it were a glitch, you clearly exploited it without any care. Did you honestly go through that entire thing without thinking anything along the lines of "Wow, it doesn't really seem fair to know exactly where every cache and enemy player is"

Guys Relax. Seriously. He obviously didnt know it was bannable and seems to me those guys got immersed into the game with this mumble thing, so it offered a new roleplaying experience during the game.

Why else would you happily want to share your video if you know the PR Community gets on your *** for it. Atleast for me it looks like it wasnt bad intentions.

I think he now knows and it wont happen again.

Hakuna matata.. really.

hahahahah

"Immersed into the game with this mumble thing."

I should've used that.

If you see a civi that you can hear, tell him to rejoin the server to fix his shit, and arrest him.

Can't excuse cheating. What he thought he was doing doesn't matter. Just gotta accept he fucked up and swallow the load instead just like the rest of us would have to ;)

Well I didn't watch the whole video, but did they use their advantage? Because IIRC cheating is fine as long as you don't get an advantage from it. :)

Burrow said in I think the video description even that they won because of the civi's intel. In the first minutes of the video it is apparent they fully abuse the advantage, as Burrow himself requests locations of FOBs and caches.
So what did this guy do? Wrong mumble team?
Im assuming it was the glitch where he got assigned to the enemy team's mumble.

Original video's removed, expectedly.

Unfortunately for him, I saved it.
