Unavailible to your forces right now

What does "Unavailable to your forces right now" mean? Does it mean it will become available later in game or is it just longer version of Unavailible to your forces?

It means the faction your playing hasn't got that specific kit available to them, e.g as Insurgent requesting a HAT etc mostly occurs with OPFOR faction on a lower scale, Talis, INS, ARF.



Saying that, it can be that there isnt enough "players" on server to get it, like requesting a Sniper kit, you need to have a certain number of player on each side, i think.

Ok, I think it might be that I was playing alone on my local server, thus not enough players. Just to say, that specific "Unavailible to your forces right now" warning is not mentioned in the manual, eventhough the reasons leading to it are.
