Back in my day... you could actually toss an Incendiary Grenade and kill a tank with three thrown together

The fun of good old minimod was fantastic.Cossack wrote:Especially when looking at your registration date![]()
Back in my days PR was called PRMM. When did the name change anyways?
And helmand with its 2 compounds of destructible buildings was also pretty memorable when it came out.

The name has always been PR, but was often referred to as PRMM in the early days.

Just a quick search revealed this PRMM 0.25 release[R-DEV]AfterDune wrote:The name has always been PR, but was often referred to as PRMM in the early days.
And a little more research shows that its was 0.40 that the name change was done
PR 0.40 release
Welcome to the first full-blown release of Project Reality. Calling us a mini-mod is simply no longer appropriate with the addition of the British Infantry, an Insurgency faction, and a whole bunch of new maps, vehicles and weapons.

Back in my day Arty IEDs could blow up the half Fallujah.
Back in my day I was the best SPG gunner in the game.
Back in my day I still played the game.
Back in my day I could throw incendiary grenades at tanks.
Back in my day BLUFOR would use Insurgent kits to get close to the cache.

Back in the day, I didn't have to use my AK, so I can say it was a good day.

Back in my day, insurgents had more M249 saws than bluefor

Dont question the wikipedia! Just because it reports different things on different languages does not make it unreliable source!

Which was great. If you kill a friendly insurgent for wearing a helmet and body armor, you're an idiot.[R-CON]UTurista wrote:Back in my day, insurgents had more M249 saws than bluefor
1.5 should disable kit restrictions for INS, excluding the HAT.

Re: The "Back in my day..." Thread
Good Morning,
Back in my day...... Clown car factories were the "bomb"!
I remember one time that we had 3 enemy combat engi kits on Kokan. We had guys bringing in every vehicle on the map, slapping 4 sticks on it, and blowing everything up on the map. Blufor was shooting every vehicle.
One thing I never successfully completed was as a blufor combat engi, putting a C4 on something like an abandoned SPG techie. Watching over it and waiting for INS to take it back to their main and blowing it up in their main. Oh well, a bucket list item that will never happen.

...you had to make a Teamspeak keybind if you wanted to talk to another squad leader.
