Assault class overrides my Spec Ops selection

Ive searched this subforum and i havent seen this bug reported yet.

Basically i have noticed on Al Falluja and Muttarah City (sp?), when i join a game in progress i choose spec ops kit but when i spawn i have the assault kit? It only happens the first time i join a game.

Has anyone else experienced this bug?

Yeah it's weird, I think the best bet is to just double check you have it clicked, because it seems like sometimes you will click it but it doesnt register.
