Resolution ans HUD

Couldn't find this problem anywhere on the forums yet so i decided to ask.

First, i played in fullscreen, 1080p like my screen resolution is supposed to be, or either 720p to run the game smoother, both cut off the HUD on the bottom, not completely showing the compass and the timer/ticket counter on the bottom right.

So Secondly, what i did was, i took it to windowed, which i couldnt get in fullscreen, to fix that i changed the costum resolution in advanced to 1080p and autohid the taskbar. It worked! BUT, i can not click things without having to aim my mouse a bit above it(menu buttons and servers in the browser), so i fear the problem is not fixed yet.

Did anyone else have this problem and managed to fix it, or knows a fix at all?

NOTE: I'm not using a PC monitor because i can't get my hands on them, i use a small hdtv instead.

I had to resize my Asus T1 TV/monitor down to 1824X1026. Its easy enough with Nvidia, AMD I have no idea.

Problem is, i use AMD, i will search for an equal set of options in the radeon thing.
