No, but it's 50/50 right. Most servers (admins) usually don't mind if you switch, all you have to do is ask and they can switch you!

Yeah, just enter "!r swich me pls" or somethink like that in squad, team or global chat.

If you switch to the losing team, 100% guaranteed. But if you ask for a switch, when the team you are currently on has 6 players less than the team you want to be in, you friends should probably switch to you then.

Also, its better to report yourself, instead of the above:

Or just press the opposite team above in the menu with the kit select. No reason to involve the already overworked admins. PS. wont always work depending on the team balance.
