Connecting error

For some reason I cannot connect to PR and I get this error:

1004: Error connecting to server. (10060)

I can see on PRSPY that the servers are online so the problem must be with me.
My internet is working fine (can do everything as usual except connecting to PR). I remember having the same problem when the master server was down (any connection to that).
If you know what's the problem, please reply.

Try resetting the router/modem. My router/modem once blocked the PR signal from getting through and flowed bountifully when reset.

It fixed itself somehow when I join later that day.
