Because you loose quality in rendering. I did the same. Shadowplay doesn't capture screen settings, so in my videos I raised gamma in Vegas so it would be easier to see the gameplay. Even slightly on day-maps sometimes.

Yes you can actually; I am using shadowplay, and I've tested this.

I do NOT use this myself as it's breaking the intention of a night-map (also its fun playing at a dark map, no?).

But turning up brightness on your PC, shadowplaying your gameplay, then turning brightness down again does not alter the outcome of the clip. Therefor, if you see people with really high brightness/gamma, its most likely edited in afterwards.

I would reduce the brightness a bit. Every time you open your scoreboard it is like a flashbang.

Sniping so well I made a *phew* sound every time you fired.
Honestly, more people should watch videos like these. You killing that squad on the T-shaped should be a textbook case on how to snipe and deal with snipers as well.
