Ok- it's a game I know. Some folks are rolling their eyes for sure. Don't care. I find my self debreifing each game played or vid watched randomly and in my sleep! The wife says I'm addicted but I have alot of spare time. Is it bad that you look at the map on the map viewer after a game played

Newb Question...again. I am addicted
Are there any vids that come to mind of an assault or battle with a recorded planning or debreifing session?

Yeah I mean if you really want to GO DEEP you could cross reference the battleplans with the PRISM recordings with the first person perspectives of squad leaders like Alex and TheSkridpomfrit (aka Philrow who is now a Supreme Commander for C12). If you did that I reckon you'd have a better grasp of C11 than 70% of the guys who played in itMj Pain wrote:PRISM Recordings - Project Reality Tournament Forums

There.. that will keep you busy for a while![]()
This reminded me of another thread about planning and executing those plans here. Really cool thread all the way through if you're interested in that sort of thing.

I must be ocd. I watched the first 2 Battles of c11 PRISM footage which appears to be sped up for time and better show the flow of units. I then slowed the prism footage playing on my 2nd monitor to match the clock on Philrow's Battle 1 vid playing on my adjacent monitor. Very interesting to watch....I see exactly where all his enemy locations are on monitor 2 that he is searching for in his game footage on monitor one. Even more interesting is when I play the prism footage about 10 seconds in the future in relation to Philrows gameplay. It's a little hard to see on the prism footage since its a larger scale but I can understand better his movements/ decisions knowing what was about to happen from the prism footage. Battle 2 may be a better viewpoint this way since the prism footage is a larger scale.Web_cole wrote:Yeah I mean if you really want to GO DEEP you could cross reference the battleplans with the PRISM recordings with the first person perspectives of squad leaders like Alex and TheSkridpomfrit (aka Philrow who is now a Supreme Commander for C12). I repeat...I must be ocd....and thanks for sharing the links. I may end up being a terrible player/teamate but it wont be from lack of effort.

That's an excellent way of learning PR. Seriously, I can't think of anything more fun/rewarding and useful.Shan~Man wrote:I must be ocd.
