Having only one 1x EQ2080 Logistics on China side and 1x Ural-4320 Logistics on Russia side, is in my opinion not enough. First of all, for the begin, this limits already possible fob locations all over the map. Second, there is only one Logi truck for the whole team but there are 2 tanks and plenty of APC's on both sides and if they are getting shot and need repair because they cannot move any more than one logi truck is definitely not enough. Most of the time the logi truck does not getting returned back to main or destroyed that it would respawn.
I suggest spawning at least 3 logis each side for the begin. This helps at the begin and later in the game.

Yea no idea what happened there. 1 logi for 4km maps is really not enough. Could either increase it flat out or make it like saaremaa where you get 3 (?) logis but they spawn one after another.

Are we forgetting that we have trans helis? Both teams have helis that carry large crates so fobs at the start shouldn't be a problem. The lack of logi's is a bit of an annoyance as its a 4k map and the only way to repair vehicles is to use a logi or go back to main. Only having 1 logi limits repair and is probably going to be wasted at some point. Adding more logi's isn't a bad idea at all.

Another issue with the new alt layer. The 2nd to last flag is a bleed flag, which for russia means game is over once they get pushed out of the city. They cant even defend tunnels without bleeding out.

alright, new issue with the new layout: the CHN TRANS spawn is so far away (~300m) that its impossible to properly deploy.
