Make headshots instant dead dead (at least for sniper/marksman) + "arrest" feature

Please make headshots instant dead dead, at least for snipers and marksman. Plus, an "arrest" feature that Geneva Convention countries could use to go up to bodies and "arrest" them, making them "dead dead" would be really cool. Let the insurgents "dead dead" the enemy bodies, with guns/grenades.

Bodies are client side therefore it would be pretty difficult. You would have to stand where the enemy sees his body and shoot it not where you see it. Also grenades and explosives already dead dead people.
