Installed it and now PR wont run. I get this message

59: UPDATE FAILED. THE REQUIRED UPDATE FOR THIS VERSION DOES NOT MATCH THE INSTALLED VERSION. INSTALLED:REPO,REQUIRED 1.3.9.0
