Uninstall Oversight

Uninstall program literally deletes install folder, not just PR files.

1. Uninstall the program. (Most easily seen if you create files within the installation folder, these will be deleted.)

While not specifically a bug, it certainly is not a feature and should be fixed. Without the capability to uninstall the program using provided uninstall software, external tools must be used to remove mistaken installs in order to preserve files.
