Tickets stuck to "0" in local co op w/bots

Title explains what the problem is, has only just started happening since i updated to 1.4

Can we know on what map, game mode and layer that this issue was happening to you?

All of the maps so far as for gamemode just the standard AAS & Skirmish ect

Sounds like a corrupt init.py.
Here is the link from 1.4.2:

Copy those files over to python/game located in the mods/pr folder and override. After that you can make a backup in case it happens again. Readme instructions are attached anyways.

Same problem and does not work, it gives error when start a local.
