MEC HAT broken

Description:
Requested the kit myself on Muttrah City and used the ERYX successfully for a few shots but then things derailed.
The missile wouldnt fire after holding fire button in scope or out of scope, the text at bottom right when holding fire was showing.
It went on to not even let me get the scope up, and then i couldnt even switch to any other item in my inventory.
I gave the kit to my friend and i restarted PR and reconnected.
He experienced the same issues i had in the end: unable to scope in, fire or switch from ERYX to rifle. And same for me once i got the kit in my hands again after relogging.

Steps to Reproduce:
I have not made an extensive test if it is actually possible to reproduce it.

Tested on:
Muttrah City AAS, =HOG= Mixed Maps, PR v1.4

After reload i suppose. I had fired a few missiles successfully, reloaded, switched to SLkit to make a fob inbetween, switched back to HAT, maybe fired one more and reloaded. Dont remember the exact details.

I shot a lot to reproduce it and never got this. I would rule this one the weird flukes of PR/BF2 similar to when the gunner in vehicles does not see his own shots.

Mats, did you try using the HAT kit, dropping it for another kit, then picking it up again and attempting to use it? From Uncle's description it seems as though those were the steps he and his friend attempted when trying to fix their issue, and may have to do with how the HAT kit reacts after being picked up after certain kits are used, due to "weird shit" that happens in PR. I'll try testing it as well to see if I can figure out the bug and get something reproducable and show it to the class.
