Question of fix on crates/faction

Hi,
in 1.3.9 there was an issue with supply crates (was it only the small ones?) that were dropped belonging to the wrong faction and thus unusable by the dropee...
I checked the changelog but could not see it addressed there? Is it a fixed thing now?

I don't believe there is an issue like that.
