Why are tank engines so insanely quiet now?
Especially the Challenger and T72. I couldn't hear them until they are right on me.

Nothing changed for them and I have no issue hearing them across the map.

Maybe something in the audio settings is messed up. Make sure you've got headphones set up or 5.1, whatever you are using. I got software under PR Audio settings and EAX ticked and I can hear them from pretty far up.

Brozef is right, there is definitely a "silenced" T-90 on Grozny (Brozef was in my squad). Motherfucker snuck around us, only 25-50 feet away probably about 5 times. Brozef was on foot and I was in the SPG. All other vehicles sounded the same, and I had not changed anything on my end, it was solely the tank (possibly isolated to the T-90 on Grozny).
