Non Torrent Pr Download

Hi everyone,

I've not updated PR in so long that I'm worried that a update will kill my cap (the internet is incredibly expensive here) so a friend offered to download the game whole. He refuses to download the game using a torrent. Is there any non-torrent PR upload by any chance?
